摘要
Diabetic retinopathy(DR)is the most common microvascular complication of diabetes mellitus,It can cause blindness without early intervention.Optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA)has been featured by non-invasiveness,fastness,safeness and high resolution, which can observe and analyze quantitatively the changes of retinal and choroidal vessels at different levels. In this paper, the basic principle of OCTA and its application in microaneurysms, intraretinal microvascular abnormalities, neovascularization, diabetic choroidopathy and diabetic neuronal injury of DR have been reviewed,to understand the different morphological changes of DR,and to realize the early screening, monitoring and evaluation of the treatment effect of DR.
