摘要
兼职辅导员队伍建设在高校中面临着系列问题和挑战,如职责不清晰、缺乏培训和支持以及重视不够。高校兼职辅导员在系统边界中与专职辅导员形成明确的区别:专职辅导员是由学校聘请的负责学生发展、心理健康和情感关怀的专业人员,而兼职辅导员则是以志愿服务的形式从校内各领域聘任的教师和学生。兼职辅导员队伍建设应以系统边界为基础,明确兼职辅导员的角色和定位,充分利用兼职辅导员多元化的资源和经验,形成与专职辅导员不同的职能实施路径。学校应该在人员聘任、职业提升、绩效管理等方面为兼职辅导员提供单独通道,更加凸显兼职辅导员的系统边界性,进而激发其自主性,以完善辅导员队伍建设。
The development of part-time counseling staff in colleges and universities faces a series of problems and challenges,such as unclear responsibilities,lack of training and support,and insufficient attention from the management.There is a clear distinction between part-time college counselors and full-time counselors within the system boundary.Full-time counselors are professionals hired by universities to take charge of student development,mental health,and emotional care,while part-time counselors are hired personnel from various fields within the university in the form of volunteer service.The construction of the part-time counseling staff should be based on the system boundary.The role and positioning of parttime counselors should be clearly defined,and the diverse resources and experiences of part-time counselors should be fully utilized,thus forming different functional implementation paths from full-time counselors.Universities should provide separate channels for part-time counselors in terms of recruitment,career promotion,performance management,etc.,and highlight their system boundary characteristics,thus stimulating their autonomy,and improving the construction of counseling staff.
