摘要
本文从中药的“量效关系”探讨和阐述不同比例黄连-吴茱萸药对的作用。黄连-吴茱萸药对不同剂量配伍时,具有清热、和中、温阳等不同功效,其主治证候、临床应用和药理作用都不尽相同,甚至截然相反,体现了中医辨证论治的精髓和中药组方药简效宏的特色,值得在临床实践中推广经典药对的应用和临床研究。
This paper explores and expounds the effect of different proportions of couplet medicinals Coptidis Rhizoma and Evodiae Fructus from the aspect of“dose-effect relationship”of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).When these two medicinals are paired in different proportions,they produces different efficacies,such as clearing heat,harmonizing the middle,or warming yang.With different combining ratios,the formula has different indications,clinical applications and pharmacological effects or even opposite effects.This embodies the essence of syndrome differentiation and treatment of TCM and the characteristics of simple and effective TCM formulae.Classic couplet medicinals are worthy of promotion,application,and research in clinical practice.
