摘要
目的:探讨脑电图在缺血性脑血管疾病诊断价值及准确度、灵敏度与特异度分析。方法:选取2021年8月~2022年8月泰和县人民医院救治的缺血性脑血管病患者50例,分别予以经颅多普勒超声、脑电图、彩色多普勒超声检查,记录不同检测方式的诊断价值。结果:经研究,脑电图临床检测灵敏度、准确度、特异性、阴性预测值、阳性预测值均高于彩色多普勒超声、经颅多普勒超声,具有统计学意义,P<0.05;脑电图临床检测漏诊率、误诊率均低于彩色多普勒超声、经颅多普勒超声,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:缺血性脑血管类病症患者予以脑电图检测,能提高准确度、灵敏度、特异度,降低其漏诊、误诊率。
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value and accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of electroencephalogram in ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.Methods:A total of 50 ischemic cerebrovascular patients treated in Taihe County People’s Hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected and examined by transcranial Doppler ultrasound,electroencephalogram and color Doppler ultrasound respectively,and the diagnostic value of different detection methods was recorded.Results:The sensitivity,accuracy,specificity,negative predictive value and positive predictive value of EEG were higher than those of color Doppler ultrasound and transcranial Doppler ultrasound,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate of EEG clinical detection were lower than those of color Doppler ultrasound and transcranial Doppler ultrasound,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:EEG detection for patients with ischemic cerebrovascular diseases can have high accuracy,sensitivity and specificity,and reduce the rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
