摘要
为把台格庙矿区打造成为世界一流的高质量示范矿区,基于新时代推动高质量发展的背景,分析了台格庙矿区高质量开发的重要意义及其发展内涵,提出了“1358”发展战略;基于“创新、智能、高效、绿色、幸福”的高质量发展理念,从布局、智安、零碳、绿色、创新、管理、幸福等方面全方位探讨了整装配置、单一主体、一体化开发的台格庙矿区高质量发展的实现路径,研究结果对我国煤炭工业高质量发展具有重要参考价值。
To transform the Taigemiao Mining Area into a world-class high quality demonstration area,under the context of promoting high quality development in the new era,the significant importance and developmental implications of high quality development in the Taigemiao Mining Area were analyzed.The“1358”development strategy was proposed.Based on the high-quality development concept of“innovation,intelligence,efficiency,green and wellbeing”,the implementation path of high-quality development in the Taigemiao Mining Area(including overall configuration,individual entity and integrated development)was comprehensively explored from such aspects as layout,intelligent security,zero carbon,green,innovation,management and wellbeing.This research also had important reference value for the high-quality development of China′s coal industry.
