摘要
目的探讨温经汤治疗虚寒型痛经的临床效果。方法选取100例虚寒型痛经患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组与研究组,每组50例。对照组给予散结镇痛胶囊治疗,研究组给予温经汤治疗。比较两组的治疗总有效率、中医证候积分以及血流动力学指标。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组血流动力学指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组子宫动脉搏动指数(API)及阻力指数(RI)均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论虚寒型痛经患者采用温经汤治疗效果较好,能够减轻痛经症状,改善子宫的血流动力学指标,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Wenjing Decoction on dysmenorrhea of deficiency cold type.Methods 100 patients with asthenic cold dysmenorrhea were selected as research objects and divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 5o cases in each group.The control group was treated with Sanjie Analgesia capsule,and the study group was treated with Wenjing Decoction.The total effective rate,TCM syndrome score and hemodynamic index of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in hemodynamic indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the uterine artery pulse index(API)and resistance index(RI)indexes of both groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Wenjing decoction on patients with asthenic cold dysmenorrhea is good,which can alleviate dysmenorrhea symptoms and improve the hemodynamic index of uterus,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
