摘要
目的探讨停顿式排尿联合膀胱挤压排尿方法对宫颈癌根治术后患者排尿功能恢复的效果。方法选择60例宫颈癌根治术患者为研究对象,根据抽签法随机分为研究组和对照组,每组30例。对照组术后接受常规干预,研究组在对照组基础上联合停顿式排尿与膀胱挤压排尿方法。比较两组干预后的健康知识掌握程度、康复锻炼依从率、自主排尿率和尿潴留发生率,以及膀胱功能障碍发生率。结果干预前,两组健康知识掌握程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预1个月和3个月后,研究组健康知识掌握程度高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组出院后1个月康复锻炼依从率高于对照组(P<0.05);术后6个月,两组自主排尿率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组尿潴留发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);术后6个月,研究组膀胱功能障碍总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论停顿式排尿联合膀胱挤压排尿方法能有效预防宫颈癌根治术后尿潴留的发生,有利于促进排尿功能恢复,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of pausing urination combined with bladder squeeze urination on the recovery of urination function in patients with cervical cancer after radical surgery.Methods Select 60 patients with cervical cancer radical to the draw method according to the sequence is divided into research group and the control group,30 cases each.The control group received routine intervention after surgery,and the study group combined stop-urination and bladder squeeze urination on the basis of routine intervention.The health knowledge level,compliance rate of rehabilitation exercise,spontaneous urination rate,urinary retention rate,and bladder dysfunction rate were compared between the two groups after intervention.Results The health knowledge of the study group,the compliance rate of rehabilitation exercise and the rate of voluntary urination were significantly higher than that of the control group,the incidence of urinary retention and the total incidence of bladder dysfunction were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<o.05).Conclusion Pausing urination combined with bladder squeeze urination can effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of urinary retention after radical cervical cancer surgery,and promote the recovery of urinary function.
