摘要
目的探讨血清Nesfatin-1水平与多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的相关性。方法选择60例PCOS患者为研究组,同期就诊的120例健康人群(非PCOS及其他内分泌疾病的患者)为对照组。两组均在月经周期第2天(闭经者日期可不限,但须经B超检查无优势卵泡时),晨起空腹采集静脉血5mL,比较两组卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)、17OH-孕酮(17OH-P)、雌二醇(E_(2))、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、空腹血糖(FPG)、Nesfatin-1含量,并计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果两组17OH-P水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组FHS水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组LH、TSH、E2水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组FPG、FINS、HOMA-IR、Nesfatin-1水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PCOS患者血清Nesfatin-1含量相对较低,说明其可能参与PCOS发生与发展,其含量变化可辅助诊断PCOS。
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum Nesfatin-1 level and polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOs).Methods A total of 60 patients with PCOS were selected as the study group,and 120 healthy people(non-patients with PCOS and other endocrine diseases)were selected as the control group.5 mL of venous blood was collected from both groups on the 2nd day of menstrual cycle(the date of ammenia can be unlimited,but B-ultrasound is required to detect no dominant follicles)on an empty stomach in the morning,and the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),17OH-progesterone(17OH-P),estradiol(E2),fasting insulin(FINS),fasting plasma glucose(FPG)and Nesfatin-1 were compared between the two groups,and the insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)was calculated.Results There was no significant difference in 17OH-P level between the two groups(P>0.05).The level of FHS in study group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The levels of LH,TSH and E_(2) in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of FPG,FINS,HOMA-IR and Nesfatin-1 in study group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of Nesfatin 1 in serum of PCOS patients is relatively low,which indicates that NESfatin 1 May be involved in the occurrence and development of PCOS,and its change can assist in the diagnosis of PCOS.
