2022年合肥市高刘镇科技园区鼠类监测分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解合肥高刘镇科技园区的鼠类密度和季节消长情况,为鼠类科学防治提供依据。方法采用夹夜法、粘鼠板法、外环境鼠密度观测法和盗食法调查园区鼠类的密度和季节消长规律。结果2022年,夹夜法捕获鼠类5只,捕获率为0.21%;粘鼠板法阳性板23张,阳性率为0.85%;鼠类路径指数为5.33处/km;毒饵站盗食率为3.87%。高刘镇科技园区鼠密度在春、秋及夏初有3个密度高峰期,室外毒饵站盗食率与室内粘鼠板阳性率呈现正相关关系(r=0.685,P<0.05)。结论根据高刘镇科技园区鼠类密度和季节消长规律,建议在鼠类密度高峰期前采取相应的综合防治措施,以降低鼠类的危害。 Objective To understand the density and seasonal fluctuation of rodents in Gaoliu Science Park of Hefei,so as to provide a basis for the scientific control of rodents.Methods The density and seasonal fluctuation of rodents were investigated by night trapping method,sticky plate method,observation method of rodent density in outer environment and bait steal gauging.Results In 2022,5 rodents were captured by night trapping method,with the capture rate 0.21%.There were 23 positive plates by sticky plate method,with the positive rate 0.85%.The rodent path index was 5.33 points/km.The bait steal gauging was 3.87%.There were three density peaks in spring,autumn and early summer,and there was a positive correlation between the stealing rate of outdoor poison bait stations and the trapping rate of indoor sticky rat boards(r=0.685,P<0.05).Conclusion According to the density and seasonal fluctuation of rodents in Gaoliu Science Park,it is suggested to take corresponding comprehensive control measures before the peak of rodent density,so as to reduce the infestation of rodents.
