摘要
以烷基糖苷为原料,乙二醇二缩水甘油醚、二甘醇二缩水甘油醚为联接基合成出2种不同链长的糖苷双子非离子表面活性剂。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)对产物进行结构表征,并在25℃下对3种物质的表面张力、泡沫、乳化、接触角及增溶等性能进行测试。结果表明:所合成的2种双子表面活性剂的临界胶束浓度(CMC)均比单体低一个数量级,并且具有更好的亲水性、更低的起泡及稳泡性、更强的增溶能力,但乳化能力均弱于单体。所合成的双子表面活性剂的CMC、起泡及稳泡性随联接基链长增长而降低,乳化、亲水及增溶等性能随链长增长而增强。
Using alkyl glycosides as raw materials and ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether and diethylene glycol diglycidyl ether as linkers,two kinds of glycoside gemini nonionic surfactants with different chain lengths were synthesized.The structure of the product was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),and the surface tension,foam,emulsification,contact angle,solubilization and other properties of the three substances were tested at 25℃.Results showed that the critical micelle concentration(CMC)of the two gemini surfactants were one order of magnitude lower than that of the monomer,and they had better hydrophi⁃licity,lower foaming and foam stability,and stronger solubilization ability,but their emulsifying ability was weaker than that of the monomer.The CMC,foaming and foam stability of the gemini surfactant decreased with the increase of the chain length of the linker,while the emulsifying,hydrophilic and solubilizing properties in⁃creased with the increase of the chain length.
