摘要
以3年树龄的阳光玫瑰葡萄植株为试验对象,研究复合调节剂(氯吡脲、赤霉酸、链霉素和噻苯隆)进行花序处理对葡萄果实品质以及挥发性物质的影响。结果显示,与传统市售调节剂相比,在保果、膨大环节使用复合调节剂处理可使果实粒重增幅11.57%,糖含量增加7.95%,无核化率增加7.12%,果实空心率下降3.91%,呈玫瑰香味的特征性香气物质(芳樟醇、反式2-己烯醛、橙花醇、香叶醇等)含量提高11.84%。因此,采用复合调节剂处理葡萄比单一成分调节剂更具有优势。
Three years old Shine Muscat grape plants were used to study the effects of inflorescence treatment with compound regulators(clopidourea,gibberellic acid,streptomycin,and tibolone)on grape fruit quality and volatile substances.The results showed that compared with traditional commercially available regulators,the use of composite regulators in the fruit preservation and expansion stages increased fruit grain weight by 11.57%,sugar content by 7.95%,nucleation rate by 7.12%,and fruit hollowing rate by 3.91%.The characteristic aroma substances(linalool,trans 2-hexenal,nerol,geraniol,etc.)with a rose aroma increased by 11.84%.Therefore,using composite regulators to treat grapes has more advantages than using single component regulators.
