摘要
目的 对亳州市部分医疗机构开展放射诊疗设备质量控制及防护检测,了解放射诊疗设备在使用过程中存在的问题,有针对性地提出管理措施。方法 依据国家有关标准规定的方法进行检测与评价,选择37家医疗机构开展放射诊疗设备质量控制及防护检测,共检测68台放射诊疗设备及其工作场所。结果 68台放射诊疗设备工作场所放射防护检测合格率为94.1%,质量控制检测合格率为83.8%,不同类型设备辐射防护检测合格率的差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.331,P=1.000),质量控制检测合格率的差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.825,P=0.035),其中数字X射线摄影机设备质量控制检测合格率最低,为66.7%。结论 亳州市医疗机构放射诊疗设备质量控制及防护管理工作仍需加强。
Objective To carry out quality control and protection testing of radiation diagnosis equipment in some medical institutions in Bozhou City,understand the problems existing in the use of radiation diagnosis equipment,and propose targe-ted management measures.Methods A total of 37 medical institutions were selected to carry out quality control and pro-tective testing of radiation diagnosis equipment.68 radiation diagnosis equipment and associated workplaces were tested and evaluated according to the relevant national standards.Results The qualified rate of radiation protection test and quality control test in the workplace of 68 radiation diagnosis equipment was 94.1%and 83.8%,respectively.There was no signifi-cant difference in the qualified rate of radiation protection test among different types of equipment(x^(2)=1.331,P=1.000),and there was a significant diference in the qualified rate of quality control test(x^(2)=8.825,P=0.035).The qualified rate of digital radiography equipment was the lowest(66.7%).Conclusion The quality control and protection management of radiation diagnosis equipment in medical institutions in Bozhou City still need to be strengthened.
