摘要
柴胡具有抗抑郁、抗惊厥、抗肿瘤、保肝利胆、解热抗炎等药理作用,其化学成分复杂,含有皂苷、挥发油、黄酮、多糖、炔类等多种化学成分。现在市场柴胡主要来源为栽培柴胡,品种混乱,质量良莠不齐。文章针对柴胡的种质资源、化学成分与药理活性的研究进展进行综述,为今后柴胡的进一步研究与发展提供依据与参考。
There are harmacological effects in Bupleurum,such as anti-depression,anti-convulsion,antineopastic,cholagogue,antipyretic effect and anti-inflammatory effect.In addition,it has complex chemical ingredients,which contains saponins,volatile oils,flavonoids,polysaccharides,alkynes and other chemical components.The cultivated Bupleurum,which has chaotic varieties and uneven quality,is now the main source of Bupleurum on the market.This article reviews the germplasm resources,chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Bupleurum,providing the basis and reference for further research and development in the future.
