摘要
医疗质量和医疗安全是医疗工作持续开展的保障。而在智慧医疗背景下,如何将信息化手段应用到医疗质量与安全监管上以实现智慧化管理目标,解决传统手工质控模式下存在的问题,成为当今热点。为此,医院基于人工智能(AI)、云计算、大数据等新一代信息技术与医疗行业加速融合的理念,建立基于大数据智能分析的临床诊断、预防干预、质量监测和决策支持等系统,覆盖医疗管理全过程,并结合现代化管理工具,探索建立现代化的医疗质量管理控制模型,为推动医院精细化管理提供助力。
Medical quality and medical safety are the guarantee for the continuous development of medical work.In the context of smart medicine,how to apply information means to medical quality and safety supervision to achieve the goal of smart management and solve the problems existing in the traditional manual quality control mode has become a hot topic today.Therefore,based on the concept of accelerated integration of new generation information technology such as Artificial Intelligence(AI),cloud computing and big data with the medical industry,the hospital establishes clinical diagnosis,prevention intervention,quality monitoring and decision support systems based on intelligent analysis of big data,covering the whole process of medical management.And combined with modern management tools,explore the establishment of modern medical quality management and control model,to promote the hospital fine management to provide help.
