摘要
互联网电视(Internet Protocol Television,IPTV)作为广播电视在新媒体领域的重要延伸,是重要的思想文化宣传平台和意识形态阵地。随着我国IPTV用户数量和用户规模的扩大,IPTV所面临的隐患日益凸显。对此,从IPTV播出节目内容的视角,指出IPTV目前所面临的内容违规风险。基于相关现象,提出一套IPTV智能化监管系统,以保障IPTV安全播出。
Internet Protocol Television(IPTV)is an important extension of radio and television in the field of new media.It is an important ideological and cultural propaganda platform and ideological position.With the expansion of the number of IPTV users in our country,the hidden dangers have become increasingly prominent.In this regard,from the perspective of IPTV broadcast program content,this paper points out the risk of content violation faced by IPTV at present.Based on the relevant phenomena,a set of IPTV intelligent supervision system is proposed to ensure the safe broadcast of IPTV.
