摘要
目的探讨小儿化毒胶囊联合重组人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂对手足口病患儿的疗效及血清炎症因子、免疫功能的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月淄博市妇幼保健院收治的140例手足口病患儿作为研究对象,用抽签法随机分为观察组与对照组,各70例。对照组采用重组人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂,观察组联用小儿化毒胶囊,比较两组治疗有效率、临床症状缓解时间及住院时间、炎症因子水平、免疫功能变化及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗有效率90.00%,与对照组的71.43%比较显著提高(P<0.05);观察组发热缓解时间、疱疹缓解时间、溃疡缓解时间及住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组上述炎症因子水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、总蛋白(TP)和免疫球蛋白A(IgA)水平明显升高(P<0.05),白细胞计数(WBC)明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组变化幅度更大(P<0.05);两组治疗期间不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小儿化毒胶囊联合重组人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂对手足口病患儿有显著的疗效,能明显减轻炎症反应,调节机体免疫功能,且不良反应发生率低。
Objective To explore the effect of Xiaoerhuatu capsule combined with recombinant human interferonα-2b spray on serum inflammatory factors and immune function of children with hand,foot and mouth disease.Methods A total of 140 children with HFMD treated in Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group by drawing lots,with 70 cases in each group.The control group was treated with recombinant human interferonα-2b spray,and the observation group was treated with Xiaoerhuatu capsule.The treatment effectiveness,duration of clinical symptom remission and hospital stay,levels of inflammatory factors,changes in immune function and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(71.43%)(P<0.05).The remission time of fever,herpes,ulcer and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-4(IL-4)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the levels of these inflammatory factors in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin(IgG),total protein(TP)and immunoglobulin(IgA)in two groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the number of white blood cells(WBC)was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the change range of observation group was greater(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiaoerhuatu capsule combined with recombinant human interferonα-2b spray has a significant effect on children with hand,foot and mouth disease,can significantly reduce inflammation,regulate immune function,and t
