摘要
人迎气口脉法是《黄帝内经》中论述最为详细的脉法,是指用人迎和气口二部的脉象相互参照进行分析的一种诊脉方法,是古人基于遍诊法理论知识,通过不断临床实践验证而提出的一种对比诊脉方法。周文强主任医师是全国名老中医张永树教授学术经验继承人、福建省针灸学会副秘书长及常务理事,长期从事中医针灸临床一线工作,有着丰富的临床经验,在临床工作中继承和发扬张老教授“养阳育阴”“经络辨证”等学术思想,认为针灸治病通过疏通经络、调和气血可使人体阴阳归于平衡,并逐渐形成自己的诊疗思路及施治经验。周老师通过多年临床实践及中医经典理论总结,提出人迎气口脉法指导针刺处方应用于治疗疾病的方法。通过人迎气口脉法,判断机体的阴阳盛衰关系,结合《黄帝内经》《难经》等中医经典,准确把握患者病理状态、病变经络、针刺疗效及预后,很大程度上减少针刺的盲目性,可行可靠且简便易操作,不仅仅对咳嗽病有效果,对失眠、慢性痛症、肿瘤术后调理等内科疾病也有显著疗效。文章探究人迎气口脉法指导针刺临床治病的理论依据,并通过病案说明该脉法在针刺临床中的应用价值,以供临床参考与推广。
Renying(人迎)Qikou(气口)pulse diagnosis is the most frequently mentioned pulse diagnosis in Huangdi Neijing(《黄帝内经》),it is a method of pulse diagnosis that analyzes the pulse of the two parts of the body,Renying and Qikou,with reference to each other,which is based on the three portions and nine pulse-takings,and is summarised through continuousR clinical practice by ancient medical practitioners.Chief Physician ZHOU Wenqiang is is a academic heir of Professor ZHANG Yongshu,a famous old TCM medicine practitioner in China,and is the deputy secretary general and executive director of Fujian Province Acupuncture and Moxibustion Association,as been engaged in TCM medicine and acupuncture clinical work for a long time,has a wealth of clinical experience,in the clinical work of the inheritance and carry forward academic ideas of Professor ZHANG such as nourishing Yang(阳)and nurturing Yin(阴)and meridian identification.The professor considers that based on the treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion through the dredging of the meridians and regulating Qi(气)and blood,the human body can be balanced Yin and Yang,and gradually form his own diagnostic and therapeutic ideas and treatment experience.Through years of clinical practice and the summary of classic theories of TCM medicine,the method of acupuncture guided by the Renying Qikou pulse diagnosis to treat diseases was proposed by Mr.ZHOU.Through the method of Renying Qikou pulse diagnosis,the relationship between Yin and Yang of the body is judged,combined with TCM medicine classics such as Huangdi Neijing and Nanjing(《难经》),it can accurately understand the pathological state,lesion meridians,acupuncture efficacy and prognosis,reduce the blindness of acupuncture,which is feasible,reliable,simple and easy to operate.It is not only effective for cough disease,but also has a significant effect on internal medicine diseases such as insomnia,chronic pain,and postoperative tumor conditioning.By reviewing classical ancient texts and relevant data,th
