摘要
介绍了本体法二甲基二氯硅烷水解物裂解制备甲基硅氧烷混合环体工艺,探究了水解物pH值、催化剂用量、反应温度以及系统真空度对裂解反应中甲基硅氧烷混合环体含量及八甲基环四硅氧烷产率的影响。裂解反应的最佳条件为:水解物pH值为6~7,催化剂用量为水解物体积的0.08%,反应温度为135℃,系统真空度控制为96kPa。
The process of preparing methylsiloxane mixed ring by cleavage of dimethyldichlorosilane hydrolysate by bulk method was introduced.The effects of hydrolysate pH,catalyst dosage,reaction temperature and system vacuum on the content of methylsiloxane mixed ring and octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane yield in the pyrolysis reaction were discussed.The optimal conditions for the pyrolysis reaction were as follows:pH value of hydrolysate 6~7,catalyst dosage of 0.08%of hydrolysate volume,reaction temperature of 135℃,and system vacuum control of 96kPa.
