摘要
[目的]探讨心房颤动射频消融术中联合内镜检查的应用价值。[方法]选取因心房颤动行射频消融术并接受了术中内镜检查的64例患者,回顾性分析其一般资料以及射频消融术中内镜检查结果。[结果]64例中62例(96.8%)恢复了窦性心律,2例(3.1%)恢复了窦性心律后再次出现了心房颤动。术中内镜检查发现了6例射频消融相关食管损伤,包括3例(4.7%)食管出现血疱样隆起、3例(4.7%)食管出现红斑,总体发生率为9.4%。术中内镜检查在发现射频消融相关食管损伤的同时,也检查出来了一些合并的胃部病变。[结论]心房颤动射频消融术中联合内镜检查有助于早期发现食管损伤,有利于及时采取防治措施,在追求治疗效果的同时避免严重并发症的发生,能够为接受射频消融的心房颤动患者提供精准治疗,具有一定的临床应用价值。
[Objective]To investigate the application value of combined gastroscopy in radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation.[Methods]A total of 64 patients underwent radiofrequency ablation for atrial fibrillation in our hospital from October 2020 to March 2021 were selected,and all patients received intraoperative gastroscopy.The general information of patients with atrial fibrillation and the gastroscopy results during radiofrequency ablation were retrospectively analyzed.[Results]In 64 patients with atrial fibrillation who underwent radiofrequency ablation and intraoperative gastroscopy,the sinus rhythm was restored in 62 patients(96.8%),but sinus rhythm was restored in 2 patients(3.1%).Intraoperative endoscopy revealed six radiofrequency ablation-related esophageal lesions,including three(4.7%)cases of haematoid esophageal swelling and three(4.7%)cases of esophageal erythema,with an overall incidence of 9.4%.In addition to radiofrequency ablation-related esophageal injury,intraoperative endoscopy also revealed some concomitant gastric lesions.[Conclusion]The combination of gastroscopy in radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation is beneficial to early detection of esophageal injury,timely prevention and treatment measures,and to avoid serious complications while pursuing therapeutic effects.It can provide precise treatment for patients with atrial fibrillation undergoing radiofrequency ablation,which has certain clinical application value.
