摘要
稻渔综合种养是国家、省、市各级政府部门力推的生态健康种养模式,在稳定粮食生产、减少肥药使用、提升产品品质、增加综合效益等各方面均有显著的成效。从国家粮食安全、生态安全、乡村振兴、共同富裕等大局出发,持续推进稻渔综合种养产业高质量发展具有重大意义。湖南省衡阳市作为农业大市,要打造农业强市,实现稻渔综合种养产业的高质量发展,需要政府加强引导,加大财政和科技投入,优化人力资源结构,加快培育新型经营主体,促进产业融合,从而最终促进乡村振兴和农业农村的现代化。
Integrated farming of rice and fishing is an ecological health planting and breeding pattern pushed pushed by government departments at all levels of the country,province and city,which has remarkable effects in stabilizing grain production,reducing fertilizer and pesticide use,improving product quality and increasing comprehensive benefits.It is great significance to continuously promote the high-quality development of rice-fish integrated breeding and breeding industry from the perspectives of national food security,ecological security,rural rejuvenation and common prosperity.As a big agricultural city,the Hengyang City in Hunan Province to build a strong agricultural city and achieve high-quality development of comprehensive rice-fish breeding and breeding industry,which requires the government to strengthen guidance,increase financial and scientific and technological investment,optimize human resources structure,speed up the cultivation of new operating bodies,promote industrial integration,and ultimately promote rural revitalization and agricultural rural modernization.
