摘要
为研究新型光伏组件技术在光伏项目上的应用及其经济性,介绍了新型高效光伏组件的发展,对比了N型TOPCon、HIT、IBC电池组件优劣,重点分析了新型高效N型TOPCon组件发电量、度电成本、等效利用小时数、全投资收益率等方面,并基于海南100 MW光伏项目工程进行经济性分析,结果表明:采用N型TOPCon组件设计方案项目,项目发电量、全投资收益率等主要经济指标均有较大提高,能有效提升项目价值;新型组件技术加速迭代,有望通过技术进步快速实现能效提升以及成本下降,进入发展快车道。
In order to study the application of new photo-voltaic module technology in photo-voltaic projects and its impact on economic performance,the development of new high-efficiency photo-voltaic modules was presented.The advantages and disadvantages of TOPCon,HIT,and IBC technologies were compared,with a focus on analyzing the impact of factors such as the power generation capacity,LCOE,equivalent utilization hours,and total investment return rate of the new high-efficiency N-type TOPCon module.Based on the engineering application practice of Hainan 100MW photo-voltaic project,economic analysis was conducted.The results showed that using the N-type TOPCon module design scheme for the project significantly improved the main economic indicators such as project power generation and total investment return rate,which can effectively enhance the project value.The accelerated iteration of new component technology was expected to achieve rapid energy efficiency improvement and cost reduction through technological progress,and enter into the fast lane of development.
