摘要
目的法医系谱学是近年来法医遗传学研究前沿之一。本文使用文献计量学方法研究法医系谱学的发展现状、研究热点和科研趋势。方法在Web of Science和CNKI数据库中分别检索法医系谱学、Y染色体遗传标记相关的英文、中文文献,运用VOSviewer、R语言bibliometrix安装包等工具对发文情况、文献来源、国家(地区)分布、科研机构合作关系、关键词、参考文献共被引关系进行数据统计及可视化分析。结果获得1999~2023年法医系谱学相关英文文献176篇,2007~2023年中文文献65篇,2003~2023年Y-STR、Y-SNP相关英文文献105篇,2007~2023年中文文献11篇。在法医系谱学相关的文献中,英文文献发文量最多的国家(地区)是美国(55篇),中国排名第7(10篇);英文文献出现频次排名前五的关键词分别是Forensic genetic genealogy、DNA、Y chromosome、Identification、Forensic genentics,中文文献中的则是家系排查、Y-STR、法医遗传学、法医物证学、Y染色体。在Y-STR、Y-SNP相关的文献中,共涉及13个民族群体;英文文献中发文量最多的国家是中国(29篇),出现频次排名前五的关键词分别是Y-STR、Y-SNP、Y Chromosome、Diversity、mtDNA。结论我国基于Y染色体遗传标记的法医系谱学研究发展较快。基于常染色体遗传标记共组片段分析的法医系谱学领域文献数量不多,国际国内合作范围局限,国内研究法医系谱学的科研机构较少。我国法医系谱学领域科研成果在国际的参与度和影响力仍需不断提升。
Objective Forensic genetic genealogy(FGG)is one of the frontiers in forensic genetics research in recent years.This study aimed to explore the research progress,hotspots and trends in forensic genetic genealogy by bibliometric methods.Methods The English and Chinese literature related to forensic genetic genealogy and Y chromosome genetic markers were searched in the Web of Science and CNKI databases.The VOSviewer software and R language bibliometrix installation package were used to conduct statistical and visual analysis on the literature quantity,literature source,country(region)distribution,scientific institution partnership,keywords,and reference co-citation relationship.Results We obtained 176 English literature from 1999 to 2023 and 65 Chinese literature from 2007 to 2023 related to forensic genetic genealogy,and 105 English literature from 2003 to 2023 and 11 Chinese literature from 2007 to 2023 related to Y-STR and Y-SNP.In the literature related to forensic genetic genealogy,the country(region)with the largest volume of English literature is the United States(55 articles),and China ranked 7th(10 articles).The top five most popular keywords in English literature were forensic genetic genealogy,DNA,Y chromosome,identification and forensic genetics,while in Chinese literature,they were family lineage exclusion,Y-STR,forensic genetics,forensic physical evidence and Y chromosome.In the literature related to Y-STR and Y-SNP,a total of 13 ethnic groups were involved.The country(region)with the highest number of English articles was China(29 articles).The top five most popular keywords were Y-STR,Y-SNP,Y chromosome,diversity and mtDNA.Conclusion The research on forensic genealogy based on Y chromosome genetic markers in China has developed rapidly.The amount of literature in the forensic genetic genealogy study based on co-ancestral fragments(identityby-descent,IBD)is small.The scope of international and domestic cooperation is limited,and there are few research institutions studying forensic genetic genealogy
