摘要
目的探讨全程柔性闭环管理措施在医院感染控制中的应用。方法选取2019年1—12月武汉市汉口医院收治的66例实施常规医院感染控制措施患者,75名实施常规医院感染控制措施医务工作者为对照组,另选取2020年1—12月武汉市汉口医院收治的66例实施全程柔性闭环管理措施患者,75名实施全程柔性闭环管理措施的医务工作者为研究组。比较两组医院感染发生情况和医院感染认知水平。结果研究组医院感染总发生率为6.06%,低于对照组的18.18%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组医务工作者医院感染认知水平评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程柔性闭环管理措施应用于医院感染控制中,可有效降低医院感染发生率,同时能提高医务工作者的医院感染认知水平,值得临床应用推广。
Objective To explore the application of full-process flexible closed-loop management measures in hospital infection control.Methods A total of 66 patients who implemented routine hospital infection control measures and 75 medical workers who implemented routine hospital infection control measures admitted to Wuhan Hankou Hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the control group,and 66 patients who implemented full-process flexible closed-loop management measures admitted to Wuhan Hankou Hospital from January to December 2020,75 medical workers who implemented the full-process flexible closed-loop management as the study group.The incidence and cognition level of nosocomial infection were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of nosocomial infection in the study group was 6.06%,which was lower than 18.18%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cognitive score of hospital infection in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of full-process flexible closed-loop management measures in hospital infection control can effectively reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection and improve the cognition level of nosocomial infection among medical workers,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
