摘要
目的探讨益母草联合宫缩素治疗剖宫产子宫收缩乏力产后出血的临床疗效。方法选取2020年2月至2021年2月于本院分娩的62例剖宫产产妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为基础组与治疗组,每组31例。基础组予以宫缩素注射治疗,治疗组在基础组治疗基础上给予益母草注射治疗,比较两组出血量、临床疗效、恢复指标。结果术中与术后2、24 h,治疗组出血量均明显少于基础组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率为96.77%,高于基础组的74.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组宫缩时间长于基础组,恶露排出时间、住院时间短于基础组,宫底下降速度快于基础组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益母草辅以宫缩素治疗剖宫产宫缩乏力疗效确切,可有效抑制产后出血,改善宫缩情况,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the Clinical effect of motherwort injection combined with oxytocin in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section due to uterine atony.Methods 62 cases of caesarean section parturients in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the basic group and the treatment group according to the random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The basic group was treated with oxytocin injection,and the treatment group was treated with motherwort injection on the basis of the basic group,the amount of bleeding,clinical efficacy and recovery indicators were compared between the two groups.Results During operation and at 2 and 24 h after operation,the amount of bleeding in the treatment group was significantly less than those in the basic group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.77%,which was significantly higher than 74.19%in the basic group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of uterine contraction in the treatment group was longer than that in the basic group,the time of lochia discharge and hospitalization were shorter than those in the basic group,and the rate of uterine fundus decline was faster than that in the basic group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yimucao combined with oxytocin is effective in the treatment of cesarean section uterine inertia,which can effectively inhibit postpartum hemorrhage and improve uterine contraction;it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
