锂离子电池储能电站的火灾自动报警

摘要 指出储能电站的火灾防控应该遵循以本质安全为主、消防辅助保障为基本原则,并遵循隐患预警为主、灭火救援为辅的火灾防控理念;根据对锂离子电池的试验结果和火灾预警需要,划分锂离子电池热失控的不同阶段,给出在相应阶段对锂离子电池热失控隐患进行探测的建议;提出消防系统对储能电站防护应分为基本防护和安全运行保障防护,论证基本防护和安全运行保障防护的基本含义和设置原则;分析储能电站专用火灾自动报警系统的组成和系统内各组件的使用需求与特征参数要求,阐述系统设置的要求。 This paper points out that the fire prevention and control of storage power station shall follow the basic principles of intrinsic safety as the main focus and fire auxiliary support,and follow the fire prevention and control concept of hazard warming as the main focus and firefighting and rescue as the auxiliary;divides the thermal runaway of lithium-ion batteries into different stages based on the test results of lithium-ion batteres and the need for fire waming.and provides sugestions for detecting potential hazards of thermal runaway of lithium-ion batteries in the corresponding stages;proposes that the fire protection system of storage power station should be divided into basic protection and safe operation guarantee prolection,and demonstrates the basic meaning and setting prineiplss of basie protection and safe operation guarantee prolection;analyzes the composition of the dedicated automatic fire alarm system for storage power station,as well as the usage requirements and characteristie parameter requirements of various components within the system,and elaborates on the requirements for system settings.
