摘要
伴随人口老龄化的比例不断地增加,骨质疏松症已经成为全世界老年人的主要健康问题,其发病率随着年龄的增长而增加,以中老年女性群体更为明显。骨质疏松症正逐渐发展成为围绝经期女性常见的、慢性的骨代谢性疾病。围绝经期骨质疏松症发病后,不但有疼痛、关节变形等临床症状,而且会大大增加骨折风险,病情严重者可致残或致死。近年来,围绝经期骨质疏松症因其具有的高致残率及低痊愈率的特征,越来越得到重视,因而了解围绝经期骨质疏松症的中西医发病机制,积极采取有效预防措施尤为重要。
With the proportion of aging population is constantly increasing,osteoporosis has become the main health problem of the elderly all over the world,its incidence increases with the increase of age,especially middle-aged and elderly women.Osteoporosis is gradually developing into a common perimenopausal women,chronic bone metabolic disease.After the onset of perimenopausal osteoporosis,not only there are pain,joint deformation and other clinical symptoms,but also greatly increase the risk of fracture,serious cases can be disabled or death.In recent years,perimenopausal osteoporosis has been paid more and more attention due to its characteristics of high disability rate and low recovery rate.Therefore,it is particularly important to un-derstand the pathogenesis of perimenopausal osteoporosis in Traditional Chinese and western medicine and take effective preven-tive measures.
