摘要
本文基于对我国档案科技项目论文的文献统计和问卷调查,对我国档案科研的现状与趋势进行了分析和总结。研究发现,我国档案科研领域的研究主题涉及面广,但研究成果转化困难、经费支持不足、实践应用不够广泛、内容与方法偏窄、队伍不强,是软肋、短板和弱项。未来,研究内容和方法创新、学科交叉和跨学科合作、研究前沿性和国际化、研究主体职业化和研究人员终身制或成趋势,当下,档案科研需要在实施有效管理、注重档案科研成果转化、加强学科交叉和跨学科合作、拓展研究内容和方法、提高研究的前沿性和创新性等方面下功夫、花气力、出成效。
This article analyzes and summarizes the current situation and trend of the archival research in China based on the literature statistics and questionnaire surveys of archival technology project papers in China.It is found that the research topics in the field of the archival scientific research in China involve a wide range of subjects,but the weakness and shortcomings are that it is difficult to transform the research results,lacking sufficient financial support and without extensive practical application.The content and methods are confined and the team is weak.In the future,the innovation of the research content and methods,disciplinary intersection and interdisciplinary cooperation,frontier research and internationalization,professionalization of research subjects and tenure system of the researchers may become a trend.At present,the archival scientific research needs to implement effective management,pay attention to the transformation of the research results,strengthen the discipline intersection and the interdisciplinary cooperation,expand the research content and methods,and improve the cutting-edge and innovative research.
