摘要
针对某型弹射机构现有钢珠收口工艺合格率低的问题,通过对现有收口工艺方法进行分析,设计改进收口工装夹具,依据收口技术要求,研究细化收口合格品的判定标准,并通过设定收口外观模拟试验、内孔通过性模拟试验、压出力模拟试验和收口后试装检查要求研究确定收压力、收压时间等收压参数,最终形成新的钢球收口工艺方法。新的钢球收口工艺汲取了现有钢珠收口工艺的优点,在收口工装夹具、工艺方法、工艺流程和参数调整等方面均得到了较大提升,进一步提高了产品质量,同时为同类产品的钢球收口提供了方法和思路。
Aiming at the problem of the low qualification rate of the existing steel ball closing process of a certain type of ejection mechanism,by analyzing the existing closing process methods,this article designs and improves the closing fixture,studies and refines the criteria for determining the closing qualified products according the requirements of closing technology,studies and determines closing pressure parameters such as closing pressure force and closing pressure time by setting the requirements of the simulation test of closing appearance,the passing simulation test of inner holes,the simulation test of extruding force and post-closing trial installation inspection,and finally forms a new steel ball closing process method.The new steel ball closing process draws on the advantages of existing steel ball closing processes,and has greatly improved the closing fixture,process methods,process flows and parameter adjustment,which further improves product quality,and provides methods and ideas for steel ball closing of similar products.
