摘要
以内蒙古鄂温克族自治旗为研究地点,分析了差异干旱胁迫效应下,对兴安落叶松种苗生长特性、叶绿素含量、土壤养分以及渗透调节物质的影响。分别设置4个试验组:正常水分对照组(Z1)、轻度干旱(Z2)、中度干旱(Z3)和重度干旱(Z4),研究了不同干旱胁迫效应下,对兴安落叶松生长特性等方面产生的影响。结果表明:①生长特性:随着干旱胁迫加剧,兴安落叶松生长逐渐受限,兴安落叶松种苗苗高和地径表现为Z1>Z2>Z3>Z4的变化趋势(P<0.05);②叶绿素含量:兴安落叶松种苗叶绿素a、叶绿色b和叶绿素总含量在干旱胁迫条件下呈现逐渐下降的趋势,其中Z1和Z2比较无差异(P>0.05),而Z1和Z2明显高于Z3、Z4,且Z3>Z4(P<0.05);③土壤养分:Z1兴安落叶松种苗土壤碳、氮和磷含量明显高于其他三组,表现为Z1>Z2>Z3>Z4(P<0.05);④渗透调节物质:兴安落叶松种苗脯氨酸、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白渗透调节物质含量随着干旱胁迫的加剧表现为明显上涨的趋势,Z1<Z2<Z3<Z4(P<0.05)。干旱胁迫效应会直接影响兴安落叶松种苗生长和发育,降低土壤养分含量,而脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖在干旱胁迫程度加剧的情况下上升明显,说明可通过提高渗透调节物质含量的方式增强兴安落叶松种苗的抗旱能力。
This paper aims to analyze the effects of differential drought stress on the growth characteristics,chlorophyll content,soil nutrients and osmoregulatory substances of Xingan Larix gmelinii seedlings in Ewenki Autonomous Banner,Inner Mongolia.Four experimental groups,normal water control group(Z1),mild drought(Z2),moderate drought(Z3)and severe drought(Z4)were set up to study the effects of different drought stress on the growth characteristics of Xingan Larix gmelinii.①Growth characteristics:With the intensification of drought stress,the growth of Xingan Larix gmelinii was gradually limited,and the seedling height and ground diameter of Xingan Larix gmelinii were Z1>Z2>Z3>Z4(P<0.05);②Chlorophyll content:The chlorophyll a,leaf green b and total chlorophyll contents of Larix gmelinii seedlings showed a gradually decreasing trend under drought stress.There was no difference between Z1 and Z2(P>0.05),but Z1 and Z2 were significantly higher than Z3 and Z4,and Z3 was higher than Z4(P<0.05);③Soil nutrients:The soil carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus contents of Z1 Xingan Larix gmelinii seedlings were significantly higher than those of the other three groups,as Z1>Z2>Z3>Z4(P<0.05);④Osmoregulatory substances:The contents of proline,soluble sugar and soluble protein osmoregulatory substances increased significantly with the intensification of drought stress,Z1<Z2<Z3<Z4(P<0.05).Drought stress effect can directly affect the growth and development of Larix gmelinii seedlings and reduce the soil nutrient content.The proline,soluble protein and soluble sugar increase significantly under the worsening of drought stress,indicating that the drought-resistant ability of Larix gmelinii seedlings can be enhanced by increasing the content of osmoregulator substances.
