摘要
生态系统生产总值(GEP)是我国生态文明建设的重要载体,其定量化核算结果是探索生态产品价值转化路径的基础和关键,对推动经济可持续高质量发展具有重要意义。从GEP精准、高效核算的需求出发,基于Browser/Server、Python等前后端软件开发技术构建了针对长江经济带城市的自动核算平台,通过底层数据库组和web端空间运算的功能设计优化了数据冗余、预处理程度深等问题。系统运行结果表明:吴江区2020年GEP价值总量为3439.86亿元,其中调节服务3187.33亿元,占比92.66%,文化服务215.12亿元,占比6.25%,物质产品37.41亿元,占比1.09%,价值高地集中分布于东太湖、同里湖等水域。
The Gross Ecosystem Product(GEP)is an important carrier of China's ecological civilization construction,and its quantitative accounting results are the basis and key to explore the value transformation path of ecological products,which is of great significance to promote sustainable and high-quality economic development.Based on the needs of GEP for accurate and efficient accounting,this paper builds an automatic accounting platform for cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt based on back-end software development technologies such as Browser/Server and Python,and optimizes problems such as data redundancy and deep preprocessing through the functional design of the underlying database group and web side spatial operation.The results of system operation show that the total GEP of Wujiang District in 2020 is 343.986 billion yuan,of which 318.733 billion yuan is adjustment service,accounting for 92.66%;21.512 billion yuan is cultural service,accounting for 6.25%,and 3.741 billion yuan is material product,accounting for 1.09%.High value areas are concentrated in the East Taihu Lake,Tongli Lake and other waters.
