摘要
在“双碳”目标下,园区作为产业集聚发展的核心单元,已经成为推动我国落实“双碳”目标的重要平台。探讨了广东某工业园区通过发展综合能源服务建设智慧低碳园区的实施方案。分析了园区的用能服务需求,介绍了园区综合能源服务系统的建设方案,并对该方案进行了效益分析。结果发现:该项目各项的资本金收益率在10%~18%,项目的实施可为项目投资者、园区用户、园区股东等各方带来可观的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益,也可为我国低碳园区的建设提供参考。
Under the dual carbon goal,parks,as the core unit of industrial agglomeration development,have become an important platform for promoting China's implementation of the"dual carbon"strategy.This paper mainly introduces the implementation plan of building a smart low-carbon park in an industrial park in Guangdong through the development of comprehensive energy services.The energy service needs of the park is analyzed;the construction plan of the park's comprehensive energy service system is introduced,and a benefit analysis of the plan is conducted.It has been found that the return on capital for various aspects of the project is between 10%and 18%.The implementation of the project can bring significant economic,social,and environmental benefits to project investors,park users,park shareholders,and other parties.It can also provide a reference for the construction of low-carbon parks in China.
