摘要
为切实提升不动产登记数据质量和共享查询服务能力,本文对省市县不动产登记数据一致性方法与信息平台建设进行研究。通过深入分析省市县不动产登记数据不一致的原因和存在的技术问题,提出数据一致性保障方法,并利用基于区块链的数据可信传输技术、基于哈希算法的数据一致性安全快速校验技术、面向多维度和跨层级的数据变化检测技术等关键技术,建设省市县不动产登记数据一致性信息平台,为省市县不动产登记数据一致性提供信息技术支撑。实践表明,该方法与信息平台对建立实时一致、权威可靠、准确规范的全省不动产登记数据库具有重要意义。
In order to effectively improve the quality of real estate registration data and the ability of shared query service,the consistency method of real estate registration data in provinces,cities and counties and the construction of information platform are studied.Through in-depth analysis of the reasons for the inconsistency of real estate registration data and the existing technical problems in provinces,cities and counties,this paper puts forward the methods to ensure the data consistency,and uses key technologies such as data trusted transmission technology based on blockchain,safe and fast verification technology of data consistency based on Hash algorithm,multi-dimensional and cross level data change detection technology to build an information platform for the consistency of real estate registration data in provinces,cities and counties,which provide information technology support for the consistency guarantee of real estate registration data in provinces,cities and counties.The application practice shows that this method and information platform are of great significance to establish a real-time,consistent,authoritative,reliable,accurate and standardized provincial real estate registration database.
