摘要
文章旨在研究玉米秸秆发酵饲料对肉鸭生长性能、营养物质代谢和血清生化指标的影响。试验将200只体重相近[(42±0.54)g]、健康状况良好的1日龄肉鸭随机分为4组,分别为对照组和试验1、2和3组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别用1.0%(试验1组)、2.0%(试验2组)、3.0%(试验3组)玉米秸秆发酵饲料替代基础日粮,每组5个重复,每个重复10只,试验为期21 d。试验结果表明,日粮中添加不同比例的玉米秸秆发酵饲料可以显著提高肉鸭的平均日增重和日采食量(P <0.05),但对肉鸭的料重比无显著影响(P> 0.05),添加2%玉米秸秆发酵饲料的效果最佳。玉米秸秆发酵饲料饲喂肉鸭,其粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、中性洗涤纤维的表观代谢率显著升高(P <0.05)。但对于粗纤维和酸性洗涤纤维的表观代谢率无显著影响(P> 0.05)。与对照组相比,在日粮中添加不同比例的玉米秸秆发酵饲料,肉鸭血清中的碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)的含量显著升高(P <0.05);添加2%和3%的玉米秸秆发酵饲料,肉鸭血清中的总胆固醇(TC)含量显著降低(P <0.05)。综上所述,日粮添加玉米秸秆发酵饲料有助于提高营养物质表观代谢率,促进蛋白质沉积,提高肉鸭的生长性能。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of corn straw fermented feed on growth performance,nutrient metabolism and serum biochemical indexes of meat ducks.A total of 200 one-day-old meat ducks with similar body weight[(42±0.54)g]and good health were randomly divided into 4 groups,control group and experimental groups 1,2 and 3.The control group was fed with basal diet,and the experimental groups were fed with 1.0%(experimental group 1),2.0%(experimental group 2)and 3.0%(experimental group 3)corn straw fermented feed to replace the basal diet,with 5 replicates in each group and 10 ducks in each replicate.The experimental period was 21 days.The results showed that adding different proportions of corn straw fermented feed to the diet could significantly increase the average daily gain and daily feed intake of meat ducks(P<0.05),and the effect of adding 2%corn straw fermented feed was the best.The apparent metabolic rate of crude protein,crude fat and neutral detergent fiber in meat ducks fed with corn straw fermented feed was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the contents of alkaline phosphatase(ALP),total protein(TP)and albumin(ALB)in serum of meat ducks were significantly increased by adding different proportions of corn straw fermented feed to the diet(P<0.05).The total cholesterol(TC)content in the serum of meat ducks supplemented with 2%and 3%corn straw fermented feed was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Based on the results of this experiment,the addition of corn straw fermented feed to the diet helps to improve the growth performance of meat ducks,improve the apparent metabolic rate of nutrients,and promote protein deposition.
