摘要
对钼尾矿进行机械活化处理,掺加水泥、膨胀珍珠岩和抗裂纤维制备保温材料并研究其性能参数。研究结果表明:钼尾矿经过机械活化后替代水泥制备水泥基保温材料,当钼尾矿替代水泥掺量10%时,28d抗压强度最高达1.65MPa,掺量超过30%后,力学性能明显降低,结合保温材料导热系数变化规律,确定钼尾矿掺量30%为最佳掺量,此时28d抗压强度为1.39MPa,导热系数为0.1277W/(m·K)。
Molybdenum tailings are mechanically activated,and the thermal insulation materials are prepared by adding cement,expanded perlite and crack resistant fiber,and their performance parameters are studied.The research results show that after mechanical activation,molybdenum tailings can replace cement to prepare cement-based thermal insulation materials.When the amount of molybdenum tailings to replace cement is 10%,the 28d compressive strength can reach 1.65MPa at most,and when the amount of molybdenum tailings to replace cement is more than 30%,the mechanical properties will be significantly reduced.Combined with the change law of thermal conductivity of thermal insulation materials,the best amount of molybdenum tailings is determined to be 30%.At this time,the 28d compressive strength is 1.39MPa,and the thermal conductivity is 0.1277 W/(m·K).
