摘要
环境细颗粒物(Particulate matter 2.5,PM_(2.5))是一种复杂的空气污染物,由含碳组分、水溶性离子、无机元素和有机物等多种成分组成。这些物质对人类健康构成了极大的威胁,已经成为严重的公共卫生问题。研究表明,PM_(2.5)中的某些成分与心血管代谢性疾病(如高血压、糖尿病、冠心病、脑卒中等)的发病和死亡存在关联,但具体的致病机制尚未阐明,可能是由于不同地区的PM_(2.5)的组分不同,且不同的组分对心血管健康的影响效应不同所致。此文旨在探讨PM_(2.5)中不同组分的来源、潜在致病机制,并分析这些组分对心血管代谢性疾病的影响效应。同时,将讨论PM_(2.5)组分对心血管代谢性疾病影响效应研究的前景和局限性。通过这一研究,为后续PM_(2.5)组分与心血管代谢性疾病的影响效应研究提供线索,为PM_(2.5)防治政策的制定提供参考依据。
Exposure to fine particulate(PM_(2.5))has become a serious environmental risk factor threatening public health.A large number of epidemiological studies have shown that PM_(2.5) exposure is significantly associated with cardiovascular health.At present,studies have found that PM_(2.5) components are associated with the incidence and death of cardiovascular metabolic diseases(hypertension,diabetes,coronary heart disease,stroke,etc.),which may be due to the different components of PM_(2.5) in different regions,which have different effects on cardiovascular health.This article reviews the effects of different components of PM_(2.5) on cardiovascular metabolic diseases based on their sources and pathogenesis.The limitations of the effects of PM_(2.5) components on cardiovascular metabolic diseases are also discussed.
