摘要
目的:探讨疏肝健脾通腑化浊汤联合西药治疗消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2022年6月瓮安县中医医院收治的消化性溃疡患者120例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予疏肝健脾通腑化浊汤治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、临床症状消失时间、血清炎性因子水平及并发症发生率。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组呕吐、胃部烧灼感、恶心、腹痛消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:疏肝健脾通腑化浊汤联合西药治疗消化性溃疡的临床效果显著,可加快患者症状消失时间,改善血清炎性因子水平,安全性较高。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of combining Shugan Jianpi Tongfu Huazhuo decoction with western medicines in the treatment of peptic ulcer.Methods:One hundred and twenty cases of peptic ulcer patients admitted to Wengan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the method of randomized numerical table,each of which consisted of sixty cases.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given Shugan Jianpi Tongfu Huazhuo decoction treatment on the basis of the control group.Compare the treatment effect,clinical symptoms disappearance time,serum inflammatory factor level and complication rate of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The disappearance time of vomiting,burning sensation in the stomach,nausea and abdominal pain in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Shugan Jianpi Tongfu Huazhuo decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of peptic ulcer is remarkable,which can accelerate the time of symptom disappearance of the patients,improve the level of serum inflammatory factor,and have higher safety.
