摘要
目的:探讨紫杉醇联合卡铂治疗宫颈癌的临床效果及安全性。方法:选取2021年8月—2023年1月单县海吉亚医院收治的宫颈癌患者89例进行回顾性分析,按照患者的治疗方案分为对照组(44例,伊立替康联合卡铂化疗)和观察组(45例,紫杉醇联合卡铂化疗)。比较两组临床疗效、肿瘤标志物水平、不良反应发生率、疾病进展情况及生存状况。结果:观察组客观缓解率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.044);治疗后,观察组糖类抗原-125、人癌胚抗原、细胞角蛋白21-片段抗原水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率、疾病进展率、死亡率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:紫杉醇联合卡铂的抗肿瘤效果更优,可降低肿瘤标志物水平,且不会增加不良反应发生率。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect and its safety of paclitaxel combined with carboplatin in the treatment of cervical cancer.Methods:89 cases of cervical cancer patients admitted to Shanxian Haijiya Hospital from August 2021 to January 2023 were selected for retrospective analysis,and were divided into the control group(44 cases,irinotecan combined with carboplatin chemotherapy)and the observation group(45 cases,paclitaxel combined with carboplatin chemotherapy)according to the patients'therapeutic plans.The two groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,tumor marker levels,incidence of adverse reactions,disease progression and disease survival.Results:The objective response rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.044);after treatment,the serum glycan antigen125,human carcinoembryonic antigen,and cytokeratin 21-fragment antigen of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of the incidence rate of adverse reactions,disease progression rate and mortality rate between the two groups did not show a significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Paclitaxel combined with carboplatin has better antitumor effect,can reduce the level of tumor markers,and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.However the difference in the survival benefit of the patients with irinotecan combined with carboplatin is not obvious.
