高压设备数字孪生体构建及状态分析技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对目前高压电力设备存在的设备感知可靠性差、评估准确性低的问题,提出高压设备数字孪生体系构建技术及基于数字孪生的高压设备状态评估方法。文中在数字孪生技术框架基础上提出了基于特征匹配的设备数字孪生几何体构建技术与基于语义匹配的数字孪生体数据嵌入方法,能够实现高压设备数字孪生体的快速构建。根据高压设备数字孪生体可融合多维度多时间尺度的数据的特点,提出了基于谱图的设备状态分析技术及设备风险评估矩阵构建技术方法,实现高压设备的故障诊断和风险评估。最后进行了数字孪生体构建及状态评估技术的验证,结果表明提出的方法能够快速构建高压设备的数字孪生体并能够很好地完成设备的状态分析评估,为设备智能运维提供支撑。 In view of such problems as weak perceived reliability and low assessment accuracy of high-voltage electrical equipment at present,the construction technology of digital twin system of high-voltage equipment and the status assessment method of high-voltage equipment based on digital twin are proposed.On the basis of the digital twin technology framework,the digital twin geometry construction technology of equipment based on feature matching and the digital twin data embedding method based on semantic matching are proposed in this paper,which can achieve the rapid construction of digital twins of high-voltage equipment.According to characteristics of the digital twins of high-voltage equipment that can fuse multi-dimensional and multi time scale data,the equipment status analysis technology based on spectrogram and the technical method of building equipment risk assessment matrix are proposed to achieve the fault diagnosis and risk assessment of high-voltage equipment.Finally,the verification of digital twin construction and status assessment are performed.The results show that the method proposed can quickly construct the digital twin of high-voltage equipment and complete the status analysis and assessment of equipment,providing support for intelligent operation and maintenance of equipment.
