摘要 在高等教育改革持续深化的大背景下,针对生物技术专业仪器分析实验课程教学中,学生基础无法适应课程难度、硬件条件无法满足实验操作需要及教学方式和教材选择增加教学难度等现实问题,基于教学实践提出引入翻转课堂教学模式,阐述课前准备、布置任务及考核,课中强化,课后综合考核的思路和要点,并以“高效液相色谱分离提纯青蒿素”实验教学为例介绍了翻转课堂的具体实施方法,可为同类实验课程的改革提供参考。 Under the background of the continuous deepening of the higher education reform,in view of the practical problems such as the student base is not adapted to the difficulty of the course,the hardware conditions cannot meet the needs of the experimental operation,and the choice of teaching method and teaching materials increases the difficulty of teaching.Based on the teaching practice,the flipped classroom teaching mode was introduced,and the ideas and key points of pre-class preparation,task assignment and assessment,in-class reinforcement and after-class comprehensive assessment were expounded,and the specific implementation method of flipped classroom was expounded by taking“high-performance liquid chromatography separation and purification of artemisinin”as an example,which could provide reference for the reform of similar experimental courses.
