摘要
张仲景于《金匮要略》开篇提出“若五脏元真通畅,人即安和。客气邪风,中人多死”。通畅思想贯穿于《金匮要略》全书各篇,是张仲景的疾病治疗核心思想和原则。对于仲景通畅思想研究课题,有学者已提出对张仲景通畅思想的见解,并逐渐认识到人体生命物质运行通畅的重要性,认为“通”是保持人体健康的前提条件,不“通”是各类疾病发生的重要病机,通法也是其治疗疾病的有效手段。对张仲景《金匮要略》通畅思想进行系统研究整理,对于张仲景疾病辨治思想研究、临床辨治疾病皆具有重要意义。
Zhang Zhongjing proposed at the beginning of his"Synopsis of the Golden Chamber"that"if the primordial qi of five zang-organsis was truly unobstructed,people would be at peace",and"guest climatic qi and pathogenic wind would lead to the death of many people who suffered from their harm".The idea of unobstructed flow runs through the entire book of"Synopsis of the Golden Chamber"and is the core idea and principle of Zhang Zhongjing in treating patients'diseases.Regarding the research topic of Zhang Zhongjing's unobstructed thought,some scholars have proposed their opinions on Zhang Zhongjing's unobstructed thought and gradually realized the importance of smooth operation of human life substances.They believe that"smooth"is a prerequisite for maintaining human health and disease free,and"obstruction"is the key pathogenesis of various diseases.The unobstructed methods are also the effective means of treating the patients'diseases.The systematic research and organization of unobstructed thought in Zhang Zhongjing's"Synopsis of the Golden Chamber"is of great significance for the study of Zhang Zhongjing's thought on differential treatment of diseases,as well as for clinical treatment based on syndrome of diseases.
