摘要
2013年9月习近平主席提出了建设“新丝绸之路经济带”战略构想与同年10月提出的“21世纪海上丝绸之路”的战略构思,希望创造出更加全面的对外开放的局面,发展促进沿线国家之间的经济合作,为双方创造经济融合和良好的合作关系。在此政策环境下,中蒙俄三国之间贸易合作不断加强,对推进中俄蒙农产品双边贸易起着重要作用。本文通过建立引力模型采取实证分析的方法,对中亚国家与中国农产品进出口贸易及其影响因素进行分析。研究表明,中国和贸易国的GDP、贸易国人口以及两国是否接壤对农产品进出口贸易有显著的正向影响,而中国与贸易国之间的距离与农产品进出口贸易额成反比。
In September 2013,President Xi Jinping proposed the strategic concept of constructing the"New Silk Road Economic Belt",followed by the proposal of the"21st Century Maritime Silk Road"in October of the same year.These proposals aimed to establish a more comprehensive opening to the outside world.Actively develop relations with countries along the route to create economic integration and good cooperative relations for both parties.Under the"Belt and Road"policy environment,the trade cooperation between China,Mongolia,and Russia has been continuously strengthened,which plays an important role in promoting bilateral trade in agricultural products between China,Russia and Mongolia.This study employs empirical analysis by constructing a gravity model to examine the import and export trade of agricultural products between China and Central Asian countries,as well as the factors that influence it.The findings demonstrate that the GDP of China and trading countries,the population of trading countries,and geographical adjacency between the two nations have a substantial positive impact on the import and export of agricultural products.Conversely,the distance between China and trading countries is inversely related to the volume of agricultural imports and exports.
