摘要
自然崩落法矿山拉底水平面积较大,穿脉较长,如未采用切割沿脉,容易造成拉底水平松动矿运输距离远、通风困难。拉底和沿脉巷道交叉口在支承压力和侧向支承压力的叠加下,形成一个高应力集中区,对拉底爆破质量影响较大。拉底爆破的质量直接关系到后期出矿水平聚矿槽爆破质量和底部结构,为提高拉底过沿脉爆破质量,保护底部结构稳定性,本文通过对某矿有无切割井拉底过沿脉进行分析,确定在高应力作用下拉底过沿脉有切割井爆破效果较好,可以有效的改变爆破最小抵抗线,增加爆破自由面,降低炸药单耗,提高装药系数,提高拉底爆破过沿脉质量,有效保护底部结构稳定性。
Natural caving method mines are generally thick ore bodies,the horizontal area of the bottom pulling is large,the vein penetration is long,if the cutting along the vein is not used,it is easy to cause the horizontal loosening of the bottom pulling ore transportation distance is long,ventilation is difficult.Under the superposition of supporting pressure and lateral bearing pressure,a high-stress concentration area is formed at the intersection of the bottom and the roadway along the vein,which has a great influence on the blasting quality of the bottom pull.In order to improve the blasting quality of the bottom over the vein and protect the stability of the bottom structure,this paper analyzes whether a mine has a cutting shaft and has a cutting shaft along the vein,and determines that the blasting effect of the cutting well along the vein under high stress is better,which can effectively change the minimum resistance line of blasting,increase the blasting free surface,reduce the single consumption of explosives,improve the charge coefficient,improve the quality of the bottom blasting along the vein,and effectively protect the stability of the bottom structure.
