云化通信网络系统故障自愈技术

Fault Self-healing Technology for Cloud-based Communication Network System

摘要 传统的通信网络云化后,虚拟化的引入及海量的底层硬件设备给通信网络系统的故障处理带来了新的挑战。针对云化通信网络系统的特点,文中讨论了构建故障自愈能力的流程、工具及相关技术,从告警采集、CMDB资源关联分析、处理策略及修复操作几个方面阐述了如何实施自动化联动,以实现网元及业务系统的自愈。 After the traditional communication network is cloud-based,the introduction of virtualization and a large number of underlying hardware devices have brought new challenges to the fault handling of the communication network system.According to the characteristics of the cloud-based communication network system,this paper discusses the process,tools and related technologies for building fault self-healing capabilities.From the aspects of alarm collection,CMDB resource correlation analysis,processing strategy and repair operation,it expounds how to implement automatic linkage to realize the self-healing of network elements and business systems.
