市域铁路地下停车场消防疏散问题分析

摘要 为促进土地资源的复合利用,市域铁路设置地下停车场将是可持续发展的必然之路,而消防疏散问题又是地下停车场建设的关键之一。为此,分析了市域铁路地下停车场消防疏散难点以及地下停车场核心区的火灾危险性;以上海市域铁路机场联络线申昆路地下停车场为例,模拟分析了不同疏散场景下的疏散时间。分析结果表明:市域铁路地下停车场咽喉区的火灾危险性较低;存车区的可燃物为列车本身,可将该区域动车组的火灾规模由15 MW调整至8 MW;申昆路地下停车场内的所有人员能够在6 min内全部撤离到安全地带,而且安全疏散时间大于1.2倍所需疏散时间,人员疏散的安全性能够得到保障。 To promote the composite utilization of land re⁃sources,underground parking will be an inevitable trend of city railway sustainable development.Therefore,it is neces⁃sary to investigate the fire evacuation issue of city railway un⁃derground parking lots.The difficulty of fire prevention and evacuation in city railway underground parking and the fire risks in the core areas of the underground parking are analyzed.Shanghai city railway airport link line Shenkun Road Under⁃ground Parking is taken as example to simulate and analyze the evacuation time for different evacuation scenarios.The analy⁃sis shows that the fire risk in the throat areas of city railway un⁃derground parking is low;the combustible matters in the stock⁃ing area are the trains,thus the fire scale of EMU in this area shall be adjusted from 15 MW to 8MW.All people can be evacuated to safe area from Shenkun Road Underground Park⁃ing within 6 minutes,which is larger than 1.2 times of the re⁃quired safe evacuation time.The safety of the evacuated hu⁃man beings can be guaranteed.
