市域铁路桥梁标准墩设计研究

摘要 目前,我国市域铁路桥梁标准墩的设计研究相对缺乏。为此,以某上海市域铁路工程为背景,开展桥梁标准墩的设计研究。首先,以花瓶墩为基础形式,结合人文景观要求,确定了镂空花瓶墩为标准墩的造型;通过静力和抗震计算确定了桥墩尺寸和基础布置;基于顶帽受力复杂的特点,建立实体有限元计算模型,计算结果表明顶帽跨中处有较大的主拉应力,因此设计时采取加强配筋的方式改善受力;针对桥址区高烈度及柔性场地的特点,提出一种新型榫形防落梁装置,计算表明设置防落梁装置的标准墩减震率可达到68%~78%,有效地提高了桥梁的抗震设防能力。 Currently,there is a relative lack of research on the design of standard piers for city railway bridges in China.To address this gap,taking some Shanghai City Railway Line project as background,the design of standard bridge piers is studied.Firstly,based on the vase pier as the fundamental form and considering the requirements of cultural landscapes,a hollow vase pier is determined as the standard pier design.The dimensions and foundation layout of the pier are determined through static and seismic calculations.Considering the complex loading conditions on the pier cap,a solid finite element model is established,and calculation results show significant principal tensile stress at the midspan of pier cap,which lead to the adoption of enhanced reinforcement to improve its load-carrying capacity.Furthermore,considering the high-intensity and flexible site conditions,a new mortise-type anti-falling beam device is proposed,and calculations demonstrate that the standard pier equipped with this anti-falling beam device achieved a seismic reduction rate of 68%–78%,effectively enhancing the bridge's seismic resistance performance.
