摘要
科学实现空间适宜性分区是国土空间优化的基础。为了优化国土空间适宜性格局,基于网格尺度构建了生态保护功能-农业生产功能-城镇建设功能的城市群国土空间适宜性评价指标体系,采用多因素综合评价法和标准显示性比较优势指数模型(NRCA),得到京津冀城市群国土空间适宜性格局特征,给出了6种功能类型区的分区优化建议。研究表明:(1)京津冀城市群国土空间适宜性具有明显的空间异质性特征。生态保护功能低适宜性和一般适宜地区集中于京津冀城市群西北部和东南部的平原地区;农业生产功能低适宜性地区主要分布在坝上高原、中部平原地区;燕山、太行山山脉以北城镇建设功能适宜性较低。(2)划分京津冀城市群国土空间为生态保护功能优势区、农业生产功能优势区、城镇建设功能优势区、生态保护-农业生产功能优势区、生态保护-城镇建设功能优势区、农业生产-城镇建设功能优势区,并提出各类型功能区国土空间开发利用与优化的策略。
Scientific space suitability zoning was the basis of territorial space optimization.In order to optimize the spatial suitability of urban agglomeration,an evaluation index system of ecological protection function,agricultural production function and urban construction function was constructed based on grid scale.Multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method and standard display comparative advantage index model(NRCA) were used to obtain the spatial suitability characteristics of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration.The optimization suggestions of six functional areas were given.The results showed that:(1) The spatial suitability of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration had obvious spatial heterogeneity.The areas with low suitability and general suitability for ecological protection were concentrated in the plain areas in northwest and southeast of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration.The areas with low suitability of agricultural production function were mainly distributed in Bashang plateau and central plain.The suitability of urban construction function in the north of Yanshan and Taihang Mountains was low.(2) The territorial space of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration was divided into ecological protection functional advantages,agricultural production functional advantages,urban construction functional advantages,ecological protection-agricultural production functional advantages,ecological protection-urban construction functional advantages,agricultural production-urban construction functional advantages,and put forward the development and utilization and optimization strategies of each type of functional areas of the territorial space.
