摘要
本文通过梳理电网建设项目在可研初设、环评水保、施工建设、环水保验收等各阶段的环水保监督管理要求,为电网企业加快环境管理体系建设,防控项目建设过程中可能发生的环水保风险厘清了思路。
This paper sorts out the requirements for supervision and management of environmental protection and water conservation at different stages of power grid construction projects,such as feasibility study,preliminary design,environmental impact assessment,soil and water conservation,construction,acceptance of environmental protection and water conservation,aiming to clarify the thinking for power grid enterprises to accelerate the construction of environmental management system and control environmental protection and water conservation risks that may occur during project construction process.
