摘要
山西煤层气井因地层、工程技术等原因造成套管严重损伤,导致无法正常生产,近几年套损井数量逐年增多,常规方法处理效果低下,亟需寻求一种高效优质的解决办法。为此大胆使用了油水井膨胀管套管补贴技术,已经在煤层气井现场得到充分的应用,取得良好的效果,解决了如封堵效果不明显、分层开采工艺复杂等诸多难题。通过分析研究膨胀管补贴工艺技术在山西煤层气田的应用,对其进一步优化,逐步形成针对煤层气田不同类型套损井的膨胀管补贴工艺技术,为煤层气田持续开发稳产提供技术支持。
Due to geological formations and engineering techniques,the casing in Shanxi's coalbed methane wells has suffered severe damage,leading to an inability for normal production.In recent years,the number of damaged casings has been increasing annually,and conventional methods have proven to be ineffective in addressing this issue.This has necessitated the urgent need for an efficient and high-quality solution.Thus,the casing remediation technology using the expansion pipe,traditionally used in oil and water wells,has been employed.It has been fully applied in coalbed methane well sites,delivering good results and addressing various problems such as unclear plugging effects and complex layered producing processes.By analyzing and researching the application of the expansion pipe in the casing remediation technology in the Shanxi coalbed methane field,it is further optimized,forming a step-by-step technology for different types of damaged casing in the coalbed methane field,providing technical support for the continuous development and steady production of the coalbed methane field.
