摘要
贵州省台盘村发展兴起的“村BA”是新时代全民健身发展和健康乡村建设的典型示范,全面展示了新时代乡村体育发展的新格局,对助力乡村振兴发挥了重要作用.“村BA”在实践过程中面临体育公共服务资源不均衡、赛事组织能力不强、缺乏政府引导和相关部门支持、过度商业化运作等现实困境.为实现农民体育高质量发展,各级政府应从健全乡村全民健身组织网络、加强乡村体育人才队伍建设、优化乡村体育赛事治理模式、继续深入挖掘乡村体育赛事自身价值、加快推进乡村体育设施共建共享等方面进行优化,以促进“村BA”更好更有效地助力乡村振兴,促进乡村体育的高质量发展.
The"Cun BA"emerging from the development of Taipan Village in Guizhou Province is a typical demonstration of national fitness development and healthy village construction in the new era,comprehensively showing the new pattern of rural sports development in the new era,and playing an important role in helping rural revitalization.In the process of practice,"Cun BA"also shows practical difficulties such as unbalanced sports public service resources,insufficient event organization capacity,lack of government guidance and support from relevant departments,and excessive commercial operation.In order to achieve the high-quality development of farmers'sports,governments at all levels should optimize the network of rural national fitness organizations,strengthen the construction of rural sports talents,optimize the governance model of rural sports events,continue to deeply explore the value of rural sports events,and accelerate the co-construction and sharing of rural sports facilities,so as to promote"Cun BA"to better and more effectively assist rural revitalization and promote high-quality rural development.
