摘要
冠状动脉CT血管成像是评估冠状动脉狭窄程度的无创影像学手段。随着冠状动脉CT血管成像技术不断完善,其可提供斑块性质、血管周围脂肪组织衰减指数、血流储备分数及心肌灌注等大量信息,对经皮冠状动脉介入治疗具有重要指导意义。
Coronary artery computed tomography angiography is a noninvasive imaging method to assess the severity of coronary artery stenosis.As the technology has been improved rapidly,coronary artery computed tomography angiography is able to provide a large mount of information about the component of coronary plaque,perivascular fat attenuation index,fractional flow reserve and myocardial perfusion,which has important guiding significance for percutaneous coronary intervention.
